La Dr. Barbara Sturm is a German physician, a specialist in orthopedics and an expert in aesthetic medicine, as well as a pioneer in anti-inflammatory treatments.

In 2002, he developed the treatment MCX, a revolutionary therapy at the Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), now known as "Blood Facial". Soon after, he created his famous cream MC1, a custom plasma-based moisturizer that can harness the body's own proteins to promote skin healing.
